Setting up a dynamic share allows a ServiceNow instance to share table data in real time. The consumer or subscriber of this data can be another instance of ServiceNow or a Perspectium Agent. You will need to create a share configuration for each table you want to share. In the case of an MSP Gateway or Customer Endpoint, Dynamic Shares are used to produce Common Object Formats as an interface for each other as consumers. For more information around what options are available when configuring a dynamic share, go to the Perspectium wiki.
Typically during troubleshooting a Customer Endpoint environment, you want to pay attention to Dynamic Share run levels (filter conditions, when to run and if interactive only) and order. Occasionally there will be a requirement to enhance the integration with “Before Share Script” to enrich the Common Object Formats.
