Multi Team Administration

In v3.25.0 users can use the Multi Team Administration module to create teams. These teams can then be referenced in the Team Field on Dynamic Share, Subscribes, Bulk Share, Scheduled Bulk Shares, and Shared / Subscribed Queues.

These are purely for cosmetic / organizational purposes if you have a lot of different teams using Perspectium on your instance.

Team Field

The Team field will be available on the dynamic share, bulk share, scheduled bulk shares, subscribed queues, and subscribe form views. The Team Field should be populated with a team name that was created on the Multi Team Administration module.

Multi Team Administration Form View

The picture below illustrates the form view of records belonging to the Multi Team Administration table. Once a dynamic share, bulk share, scheduled bulk shares, subscribed queues, and subscribed activity is referenced with a Team Field, all of the activity associated with those references will be reflected in this view; i.e. if you were to create a new bulk share referencing the Support Team in the team field. The creation of that bulk share would be reflected in this view (bulk shares would go from 2 to 3 records).
