After creating a dynamic share, you can confirm whether records will be shared out properly using the Test Record feature. 

Prerequisites

(warning) First, you will need to follow the steps to get started with Replicator and create a dynamic share.

Procedure

To test a record for a dynamic share, follow these steps:


Log into your sharing ServiceNow instance and navigate to Perspectium > Replicator > Dynamic Share.

Click the name of the dynamic share you want to test a record for.

Click the icon next to Test With.

In the pop-up, click the icon next to Document. Then, choose a record that you want to test the dynamic share for. Finally, click OK.

In the upper right-hand corner of the form, click Test Record. An info message will appear near the top of the form indicating whether the record will be properly shared out or not.
